DJI Care extended warranty for Osmo Pocket camera.
DJI Care Refresh is a service that; which is available in case of damage to your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months ; and offers two exchanges at an additional cost; if the product is accidentally damaged during normal use. Every time; when asserting a replacement claim; you will receive a new or equivalent quality and performance unit.
In the case of the Osmo Pocket, the first exchange is 29 euros ; while the exchange of the second costs 39 euros .

For Care Refresh purchased in DJI ARS; the code required for registration only during opening hours; after the payment is completed, we have the option to send it to the customer by email!
After activating the Osmo Pocket, you have 30 days to activate the DJI Care Refresh service. After that, it is no longer possible to apply Care Refresh to the device!
All repairs to be carried out as part of Care Refresh must first be reported on the DJI Support page; phone; in mail; or live chat. Important only available in English!
IMPORTANT: Only the Care Refresh code matching the machine's region can be activated; and the replacement can be carried out at the service center of the given region. For example, EU region Care Refresh cannot be activated for a DJI product with a Chinese region code!
