Service and warranty

After 01.01.2023, the warranty administration of all DJI devices for residential use is carried out by the official service partner of DJI in Hungary, Oktogon-Szerviz Kft.

Of course, DJI's central service team is available to you for all warranty or non-warranty repairs, and you can contact them directly in English at the link below.

DJI Care Refresh is an extra service service that provides a discounted service or replacement service in case of damage to the device caused by user error. The Care refresh service can be purchased at a separate cost, and you must activate it on the DJI website within 48 hours of registering your machine .

After the 48 hours have passed, you still have the opportunity to register Care for your product within 1 year, in which case you must contact DJI support , who will allow the activation of Care based on the video you made.

DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and provides you with a replacement product at the end of the process 2 times - in different amounts for each machine and occasion. Every time you use this service, after the repair, you will receive a new or innovative device.

All repairs to be carried out within the scope of Care Refresh must first be reported on the DJI Support page, by phone, email or live chat (only available in English). On the DJI Support or Online Repair Request pages.

If you would like to have the repair done in Hungarian, find DJI's service partner in Hungary and draw the attention of the colleagues that you would like to have your device repaired separately within the framework of Care.

IMPORTANT: Only the Care Refresh code corresponding to the region of the machine can be activated, and the replacement can be performed at the service center of the given region.

(So ​​e.g.: EU region Care Refresh cannot be activated for a DJI product with a Chinese region code)

A 12-month warranty and a 12-month warranty are available from the activation of the product (with a different duration depending on the main unit) in case of proper use. See separately for errors resulting from improper use.

The DJI product to be paired with the service must meet the following criteria:

- The product is brand new

- 48 hours have not passed since the activation of the product (which was done via the DJI GO app).
