Pursuant to the drone regulations that will enter into force on January 1, 2021, it is mandatory to pass the online theoretical official exam for operations in the open category; according to UAS.OPEN.020 point 4. b) of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947; the A1; In subcategories A2 and A3.

WHO WE RECOMMEND THE TRAINING TO
The official exam is mandatory for them; who intend to drone according to the open category.
Characteristics of the open category: max. 120 meter flight height; it is forbidden to fly over a crowd of people; take-off weight with payload less than 25 kg; flight within line of sight (VLOS); A1; A2 and A3 subcategories; designation of drones in this category later: C0-C4.
The consultation is recommended for beginners or advanced drones; who request help in processing/interpreting official eLearning material; and would like help in preparing for the exam.
PRESENTATION OF THE CONSULTATION
The consultation helps them prepare for the mandatory official exam consisting of 40 questions; who have a take-off weight between 120 g and 25 kg; (marked C1; C2; C3 or C4) drones are intended to be used.
AREAS DISCOVERED DURING THE CONSULTATION
The consultation specifically deals with the topics of the exam questions. Based on Regulation (EU) 2019/947, the set of 40 multiple-choice questions is drawn from the following topics:
• flight safety;
• airspace restrictions;
• regulation of air traffic;
• the limits of human performance;
• operative procedures;
• general UAS knowledge;
• respect for privacy and data protection;
• insurance;
• protection.

With the knowledge acquired during the consultation, you will not only go to the exam more confidently; but you will also be able to use the knowledge imparted by the experienced instructors in practice!
WHAT DRONES WILL YOU MEET?
DJI has a take-off weight between 120g and 25kg; (marked C1; C2; C3 and C4) drones will be introduced to the remote pilot participating in the consultation.

Drone pilot
Nándor has been dealing with drones for 4 years. In 2018, he was the dreamer and main organizer of that in Szeged; mass accident simulation; in which the rescue was assisted by the deployment of drones. In 2019, he and his team won the "Independent Developer" category at the Airbus Critical AppChallenge Hungary developer competition; one self-developed; can also be used by drones with an image transmission application.
Mónika Saniszló
Industrial drone pilot
Mónika has been dealing with drone technology for four years; the third in Europe; female specialized industrial drone pilot. In addition to traditional broadcast and industrial activities; as a founder, he also performs volunteer search and rescue tasks in the Hungarian National Rescue Drone Pilots Association. He flies several types of aircraft from multirotors; to fixed-wing drones. Currently, DoubleRingWings is preparing for the type test of its self-developed fixed-wing drone with a long range of over 10 kg. He is busy with administrative processes related to drone technology in his everyday life; deals with education and consulting.

When and where will the next training take place?
The nearest dates and locations can be found at the top of the page. The consultation is online; accessible from anywhere. All applicants will receive detailed information on the steps to join the webinar.
Will the instructors have the opportunity to deal only with me?
We all strive to; to make the live webinar presentation interactive; therefore, we give participants the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments. The goal is; so that you leave the training course satisfied. That is why, of course, we do everything we can to achieve this. We are happy; if you have any questions; since it means; that you are listening and interested in the topic. Feel free to ask your questions in the group sessions; in case the others are also interested in the topic and can learn from the answer(s).
If you want it; that the instructor only deals with you; then we recommend; to take advantage of the possibility of an individual consultation. What happens then; if I can't attend the appointment?
In case; if you still cannot participate in our training; please; let us know as soon as possible! We refund 100% of the paid fee up to the 10th calendar day before the start of the training; then; only 50% until the working day before the start of the training; but if only on the day of training; or you speak the day before; then unfortunately we are no longer able to refund the paid fee.

What types of drones will we get to know?

What happens then; if you fail the exam?
If you feel like; you go to the exam prepared; still fail to reach the appropriate level; then you have the opportunity to participate in the consultation again. In this case, we recommend an individual consultation; where the instructor will only deal with you.
