DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is an extra service ; which you can purchase at a separate cost in the case of supported machines - or in the case of some Zenmuse cameras -; and which you must activate on the DJI website within 48 hours of registering your plane.
IMPORTANT: Making a purchase in the online store does not mean activation of the service!
For Care Refresh purchased in DJI ARS; the code required for registration only during opening hours; after the payment is completed, we have the option to send it to the customer by email!
After 48 hours; you also have the option to register Care for your product within 1 year ; in this case, you must contact DJI support ; who authorize the activation of Care based on the video you created.
DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months ; and 2 times - in different amounts per machine and occasion - at the end of the process, he provides you with a replacement product . Every time you use this service, after the repair, you will receive a new or innovative device.
In the case of the Mavic Mini, the first exchange is 40 euros ; while the exchange of the second costs 49 euros .
